Things to Remember When You are About to Give Up

You are not alone!

Have you ever felt like you are not good enough?

Unworthy?

Like your place on this earth is insignificant?

Or there’s no place for you at all?

Ever feel like quitting or melancholy?

Maybe just not feeling your best?

Or lacking fulfillment?

You are not alone.

Believe it or not, a lot of us share those exact thoughts. For one reason or another you might feel inadequate or hopeless. Constantly feeling like things never go in your favor, though everyone around us seemingly has their life well put together. If you are someone who might have these feelings, I want to say “Keep going, you are somebody. You matter.”

Your road may be difficult now, but with determination, imagine where you’ll end up. The possibilities are endless. It may feel like your world is falling apart, no light at the end of the tunnel but use your pain as fuel.

Become positive!

Positive thinking promotes positive outcomes.

Whatever consumes your mind control your life. Take a leap of faith.

Having faith doesn’t make things easier, it makes things possible. Stop listening to that little devil on your shoulder that has been holding you back from your full potential.

No, you are not perfect but realistically no one is. Just focus on becoming the best possible version of yourself you could be.

We all have flaws, but choosing whether or not to embrace them could truly mean the difference between life and death. Accepting your flaws is the only way to quell them.

You have to rehabilitate your brain to believe you are amazing, and beautiful and most of all unique.

Confidence breeds strength! Become self-assured, have fearlessness in your own abilities.

Understandably you may not believe that now, but you will be amazed by your perseverance.

Trust the process. Once you believe you can do something, you have already won half the battle. It is imperative to be optimistic which should be acquired.

Fight for what you believe in.

Fight for what you want in life.

Discipline is doing what needs to be done even when you don’t feel like doing it.

You have the power to change your life.

The power to make a difference in other people’s lives, but it starts first with you. Work on being in love with the person who stands before you in the mirror and appreciate that you are still here, you made it! You have so much love in your heart, try giving some to yourself.

Try making yourself just as happy as you make everyone else. In doing so, take your time this isn’t a race. It is a time for self healing and embrace, however long that may take.

Remember a little progress adds up each day but it is impossible without change. Strive for that, not perfection. It takes time to reverse and sort out all of those feelings of discontentment. It may not be easy, in fact this could be one of the hardest things you may ever go through but consistency is key.

It will be a bumpy road, lots of highs and lows. Think about it this way, when the uphill battle seems hard just think about how incredible the view will be.

Your hard work will pay off tenfold.

Never again!

So, now you know your presence is priceless. You have accepted your flaws, you know you are absolutely amazing and irreplaceable. There will never be another you, Ever! Continue to be a champion for yourself, you have gone through so much and conquered what you thought was the impossible.

You now have the authority to rewrite your future.

Steadily push yourself harder than what you did the day before. Remember to be proud of yourself, you’ve come a very long way. It will be tempting to slip back into your old ways, that little devil might try to reappear, but it is unaware of the person you’ve become.

The old you is unavailable. Trust your new way of thinking you owe it to yourself. Those old feelings can’t affect you anymore.

Look to the future it awaits you. Don’t set limitations, those don’t exist. It may take you to become uncomfortable to realize your goals and dreams. Your safe zone may not always be the best place to reside. Everything you do from now on will play a role in the rest of your life. Your past is not who you are but your future holds the key to who you’ll become.

Do not fear failure.

Learn from it, embrace it. If you happen to fall down, cry, then get back up but never quit.

Never stop telling yourself that you are worth it!

You may not be where you want to be today,or where you envisioned you’d be but in just a few short months maybe years you will look back on this journey and be astounded at the strength you never knew you had.
