How to Create Sweet Mornings That Guarantee Sweeter Days

I used to be on auto-pilot.

I’d wake up in the morning already feeling tired or still tired from the previous night’s mindless social media scrolling or tv binge- watching.

I would go out and smoke to calm my nerves. Smoking was also my way to make my brain shut up so I am not surprised if I was able to finish a pack of cigarettes a day or even more.
